AJ Pritchard, 24, and Lauren Steadman 29, appear to be working extremely hard in training this week as the professional dancer had a little sleep in the studio.
Lauren didn’t seem too impressed with the Strictly Come Dancing star falling asleep on her and decided to wake him up.
In a video uploaded to her Instagram account, the Paralympian could be seem placing grapes on AJ’s head whilst he rested on the floor.
Lauren couldn’t stop laughing as AJ moved but remained oblivious to the fruit on his brunette locks.
As he got stirred, the dancer didn’t seem happy to be woken up as he pulled a face away from the camera.
It seems their rehearsals are going well this week and the two were visited by a very famous singer today.
Cheryl made an appearance in their training session and took time out to pose with the Strictly Come Dancing pair.
Lauren uploaded a photo to her account of Cheryl beaming away in the middle of her and AJ.
The Paralympian captioned the picture: “Cheeky Selfie in Training @aj11ace @cherylofficial #awesome #dancetraining.”
Earlier on Monday, AJ appeared thrilled with out their routines was coming along as he shared a photo to his Twitter of him and Lauren sweating out.
The dancer captioned the snap: “BEST Monday ever… #SALSA @LaurenSteadman @bbcstrictly.”
Meanwhile, away from Strictly, AJ recently revealed he’s set to venture out on his own on a brand new tour.
The dancer took to his Instagram last week to to make the exciting announcement to his army of fans.
AJ uploaded a picture promoting the show which he captioned: “Excited to announce I’m going on tour in a Brand NEW Show – ‘GET ON THE FLOOR!!
“Next March – tickets on sale this WEDNESDAY! www.getonthefloorlive.com – feel the Pulse – feel the Rhythm & GET ON THE FLOOR! #GOTF!”
His 287,000 followers were thrilled with the news with many commenting how excited they were to see the new show.
One person wrote: “Such good news. Excited now!”
“Omg I’m getting tickets,”(sic) said another ecstatic fan.
A third commented: “IM SO EXCITED AND PROUD.”
