RAW Women’s Champion Rousey and Charlotte had the fans watching their encounter on the edge of their seats at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
Both women took each other to the limit and The Queen came close to handing the UFC legend her first WWE loss when she locked in the Figure Eight.
The seven-time women’s champion also managed to escape the Armbar, which has earned ‘Rowdy’ a number of victories in WWE and UFC.
The former NXT superstar proved to be the MMA hero’s toughest opponent so far as she busted her open after landing an elbow to her mouth during the opening stages of the match.

The ex-Smackdown Women’s Champion got desperate and seemed reluctant to enter the ring at the closing stages of the match.
The Baddest Woman on the Planet tried to get her back to the squared circle but the ex-RAW Women’s Champion knocked her down with a kendo stick and got herself disqualified.
That, however, was only the beginning of Charlotte’s violent attack as she brought the foreign object to the ring and kept pummelling the UFC Hall of Famer until the stick broke into pieces.
Charlotte then picked up a steel chair and crashed her rival’s face on it with Natural Selection.
But that was nothing compared to what followed as the former NXT Women’s Champion was looking to end The Baddest Woman on the Planet’s career.
The wrestling superstar wrapped the chair around Rousey’s neck and smashed her larynx as she stepped on it with full force.
Charlotte was ultimately taken to the back and a distraught ’Rowdy’ got back up on her feet a while later with welts across her chest and bruises all over her arms and legs.
Rousey was originally supposed to face Smackdown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch at Survivor Series but The Irish Lass Kicker was removed from the show due to injuries.
Lynch suffered a broken nose and a concussion last Monday night on RAW when Nia Jax punched her in the face.
