NBA news: Kevin Durant REFUSES to talk about Draymond Green feud after Warriors loss

The pair had a spat earlier in the week during Monday night’s overtime loss at the Los Angeles Clippers.

Warriors star Durant felt Green should have passed him the ball in the final seconds of the fourth quarter.

The spat reportedly carried on into the locker room with Green subsequently handed a one-match suspension by Golden State.

He played again as the Warriors took to the court against Houston Rockets, though it could not help his side to victory.

Instead, Warriors suffered a huge loss, eventually beaten 107-86 for their fourth defeat of the season.

And when asked post-match about the relationship between himself and Green, Durant responded with: “Don’t ask me about that again.”

Following the fall-out, rumours have intensified that Durant will leave the Warriors in the summer.

But former Golden State ace Matt Barnes believes the recent argument will not have any impact on Durant’s future.

“People fight, people get in arguments all the time,” Barnes said.

“At the end of the day they’re brothers.

“This is only blowing up because they’re at the top and people want to find any chink in their armour.

“I think Draymond is saying he respect what he [Durant] is going to do but this little argument here in November is not going to be the reason he leaves in July, if he does.

“A lot of things are said in the heat of the moment.

“There are no excuses for no calling but it is what it is.”

Warriors’ next NBA game sees them face the Dallas Mavericks on Saturday night.
