Michelle Obama makes EXTRAORDINARY ATTACK on Donald Trump – ‘You put my family AT RISK’

The former First Lady said she will “never forgive” the President. Her anger stems from Trump spreading the unfounded rumour her husband was born outside the US and therefore unable to be President. She claimed his “reckless innuendos” risked her family’s safety.

Writing in her memoir about the so-called birther theory, she said: “The whole thing was crazy and mean-spirited, of course, its underlying bigotry and xenophobia hardly.

“But it was also dangerous, deliberately meant to stir up the wingnuts and kooks.”

“What if someone with an unstable mind loaded a gun and drove to Washington?

“What if that person went looking for our girls?

“Donald Trump, with his loud and reckless innuendos, was putting my family’s safety at risk. And for this I’d never forgive him.”

Her book, in which the attack on Trump for stirring up potential violence against his predecessor is mentioned, will be released on Monday, just weeks after a bomb was sent to the Obama’s office.

Explosives were sent in a package addressed to Barack Obama’s office in Washington DC but were intercepted by US secret services before it was delivered.

Similar packages were also sent to the home address of the Clintons and the CNN offices in New York.

All have been the subject of sustained Twitter rants by Trump during his election campaign and since becoming President.

However, the White House condemned the bomb scares, and in a strongly-worded statement, Press Secretary Sarah Sanders said: “We condemn the attempted violent attacks recently made against President Obama, President Clinton, Secretary Clinton, and other public figures.

“These terrorising acts are despicable, and anyone responsible will be held accountable to the fullest extent of the law.

“The United States Secret Service and other law enforcement agencies are investigating and will take all appropriate actions to protect anyone threatened by these cowards.”
