Why is Jimmy Butler not playing against the Jazz?

Butler is in a bit of a stand-off with the Timberwolves, as he is trying to engineer an exit from the franchise.

The Wolves were in talks with the Miami Heat over a possible trade, but the Heat baulked at the asking price.

The Houston Rockets also made enquiries but failed to act upon their interest.

Butler, according to the Wolves, has been rested for the game.
