The Call of Duty Black Ops 4 release date is here on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
The brand new Call of Duty has ditched a single-player campaign in favour of a purely multiplayer experience.
In addition to the usual bucketload of game modes, maps and Zombies, Black Ops 4 borrows one or two tricks from rival shooters.
For starters, there’s the Blackout mode, which is Call of Duty’s take on a Battle Royale genre popularised by Fortnite and PUBG.
In a nod to Overwatch, traditional character classes have also been replaced by Specialist Operators with unique abilities.
