The Pokemon Go Psychic Spectacular event starts on October 5 2018.
The start time is 1pm pacific time, which is 9pm BST and 4pm eastern time.
The Pokemon Go event will finish on October 14 2018, ending at the same time that it began at.
POKEMON GO – HOW DO I CATCH A SHINY DROWZEE? WILL A SHINY HYPNO APPEAR IN THE WILD?
Your best chance for trying to get a Shiny Drowzee looks to be trying to catch it in the wild.
According to research by Silph Road, there’s a one in 450 chance of catching a shiny Pokemon in the wild.
Drowzees are also right now hatching from 5km eggs so there’s a chance you’ll be able to get the shiny version of the psychic Pokemon that way.
If you find a Shiny Drowzee and you want to evolve it into a Shiny Hypno, which won’t be appearing in the wild, then you’ll need 50 candy.
POKEMON GO – WILL THERE BE ANY ADDITIONAL FIELD RESEARCH DURING THE PSYCHIC SPECTACULAR EVENT?
Yes! The Pokemon Go Psychic Spectacular event will bring with it additional field research.
So far, all that we know is the additional field research will focus on psychic-type Pokemon.
