BREAKING: Explosive device found in California as roads EVACUATED – police on scene

The device was found at the PG&E substation at 666 River Road in Fulton, California at around 4.30pm local time (12.30am BST), according to the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office.

All roads leading off southbound Highway 101 at River Road have been closed, and traffic has been diverted.
