That is the warning from Georginio Wijnaldum.
The Reds are unbeaten in seven Premier League matches thanks to Daniel Sturridge’s late equaliser in a draw at Chelsea at the weekend.
And they started their Champions League campaign off with a 3-2 defeat of Paris Saint-Germain last month, with Jurgen Klopp’s charges returning to European action in Italy against Napoli this evening (8pm).
Liverpool have been tipped to contend for the title while competing for silverware on both domestic and continental fronts was mentioned as a possibility after a start which saw them win all of their first seven games across all competitions.
Their winning run was halted by a Carabao Cup third round exit at the hands of Chelsea prior to their league encounter – albeit in a match which Liverpool will feel they should have won given their goalscoring opportunities.

The Merseyside outfit still appear as though there is another level they can reach with forwards Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane’s performance levels having received criticism and scrutiny despite having contributed a combined seven goals so far.
And Wijnaldum is confident that as the season progresses, Liverpool will become an even more dangerous outfit as they look to win a first trophy since 2012 and possibly a first league title since 1990.
He told reporters in Naples ahead of their Champions League clash at the Stadio San Paolo tonight: “I think we can still develop as a team a lot more.
“It’s still the beginning of the season. We’ve only played nine games.
“The most important thing is that you grow throughout the season – that you are at your strongest at the middle and at the end.
“We are going good and we have the results we want but we are analysing a lot to get even better because that will help us to win a lot more games.”
Wijnaldum has started all of Liverpool’s eight league and European matches so far this season having taken on multiple roles in Klopp’s midfield role and excelling whether is trusted with defensive or attacking responsibilities.
And the Dutch international – who has rarely played in the No 10 position he played in for previous club Newcastle at Anfield – insists he expected to play in a variety of different positions.
“I don’t know if this is the best form of my career but I just want to continue the run by playing good games. That’s what I think about most,” he added.
“I’m still learning. Everyone in the team is still learning. It’s something new for me to play in different positions.
“I know it’s something I can do and the manager has told me since last season that he would play me in different positions so I was aware of what would happen.”
