PS Plus October 2018 countdown: PlayStation Plus reveal date, LEAKED PS4 games, more

PS Plus subscribers are counting down to the October 2018 free  games reveal.

And fortunately there’s not long to wait, because the October 2018 PlayStation Plus games will be revealed at 4.30pm on September 26.

The free PS Plus games will be available to download less than a week later on October 2.

The new games will replace the likes of Destiny 2 and God of War 3 Remastered, which can be download as part of your PS Plus subscription now.

In the meantime, fans appear to have stumbled across one or two PS Plus October 2018 leaks.

It all started last week, when a Reddit user posted an image showing Nioh and Diablo 3 Eternal Edition as the free PS Plus games.

Diablo 3 Eternal Edition would make sense given the fact that BlizzCon is just around the corner, while Nioh would continue SOny’s trend of offering premium games on PS Plus.

A second leak appeared within the last 24 hours, only this time .

Subscribers will find out for certain when the October 2018 PlayStation Plus games are announced on September 26.

In the meantime, subscribers can download Destiny 2 and God of War III: Remastered on PS4, not to mention Knowledge is Power and Here They Lie.

Knowledge is Power and Here They Lie are bonus freebies, so it’s unclear if they’ll be replaced or removed completely.

Another World – 20th Anniversary Edition is available on PS3, alongside QUBE Director’s Cut.

PlayStation Vita users can pick up Foul Play and Sparkle 2.

Sony is on great form when it comes to PS Plus, with the likes of XCOM 2, Mafia 3, Trials Fusion and Dead by Daylight all making an appearance.
