
Nintendo Switch fans have been treated to one or two shock game reveals.
This week’s Nintendo Direct was delayed due to the tragic earthquake in Hokkaido, Japan. Nintendo delayed the Direct conference out of respect for the victims of the earthquake.
Potential Nintendo Direct announcements have since started to trickle out, including confirmation that Final Fantasy XV is coming to Nintendo Switch.
Final Fantasy XV Pocket Edition has made a surprise appearance on PS4 and Xbox digital stores.
And while it’s yet to appear on Nintendo Switch, Square Enix has announced that the port is coming to the Nintendo console.

Express Online has contacted Square Enix for a Final Fantasy XV Pocket Edition release date.
“Explore the world of FINAL FANTASY XV with a cast of cute and cool characters!” reads the official description. “Now you can enjoy the FINAL FANTASY XV story across 10 exciting chapters.”
Perhaps even more surprising is news that Civilization VI is coming to the Nintendo device.
The Nintendo port contains the Vikings, Poland, Australia and Persia/Macedon scenario packs, co-op and competitive multiplayer and all the latest PC updates and improvements.
Civilization VI has a November 16 release date on Nintendo Switch.
Elsewhere, Mega Man fans can download a Mega Man XI gameplay demo on Nintendo Switch. The free demo – which is also available on Xbox One and PS4 – lets fans try out the Block Man stage.
