How to rest your Hotmail password on iPhone

Hotmail is a Microsoft’s web email service that is also used by iPhone users. To reset the password on your iPhone follow these steps.

Open up your preferred browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox.)

Type in http://outlook.com and log in to your Outlook account. 

Click on the Settings icon in the top right of the screen and tap on Mail Settings.

Scroll down to Account details and tap on password and security. 

Hit Change Password, and you will be able to create a new one. 

Ensure that your new password is complicated but memorable, and then click save. 

How to reset your email app password on the iPhone

It is quite simple to reset your password on your iPhone if you ever forget it or need to change it when you are away from a computer. 

These steps work on any iPhone that is capable of holding the latest version of the Hotmail app.

Go to the Settings app on your iPhone and scroll down to Mail, Contacts, Calendars.

Tap that icon and go to Accounts. 

Turn on the Mail, Contact, Calendars, and Reminders setting and tap on the email address you want to change. 

Scroll down to the Password section and delete the current password. 

Enter a new Password in the box.
