Oolong tea

Oolong tea is a traditional Chinese tea that can be bought online or a specialist stores.

Unlike green and white tea, Oolong tea is partially oxidised, with its overall composition leading to various useful compounds that help the drinker lose weight.

Oolong tea also reduces cravings by maintaining blood sugar levels, also improving digestion and acting as a natural antiseptic.

Puerh tea

Puerh tea (or pu’er or pu-erh) is a fermented Chinese black tea, designed to be drunk after a meal.
