Noel Fielding net worth: Great British Bake Off 2018 presenter has this much in the bank

Noel Fielding, 45, is a British comedian, writer, actor, musician and television presenter.

He is currently co-presenting the Great British Bake Off, along with fellow comedian, Sandi Toksvig.

Noel has been presenting the show since 2017 when Bake Off was moved from BBC One to Channel Four.

With a rumoured pay-packet of £200,000 from the show alone, according to The Sun, how much does Noel have in the bank?

Noel began his career in the late 1990s working as a stand-up comedian, meeting his comedy partner Julian Barratt.

The two went onto set up The Mighty Boosh, a dark comedy radio series and BBC 3 TV show, running from 2004 to 2007.

During the 2000s Noel also gained a number of small parts in Channel Four comedy shows such as The IT Crowd, AD/BC and Nathan Barley.

From 2009 to 2015 he appeared as a team captain on the hit BBC Two show, Never Mind the Buzzcocks, going on to land the highly lucrative gig of presenter on The Great British Bake Off, alongside Sandi Toksvig.

Due to his lucrative career and signing with GBBO, Noel is believed to have a net worth of £4.7 million, according to CelebrityNetWorth.com.

The Sun recently reported he earns £200,000 per series of Bake Off.

On top of his TV career, Noel is also the director of two businesses with his talent agent Caroline Chignell.

The business, Secret Peter Limited, last posted a £23,000 profit, and his other business, Fantasy Man Limited, made £286,355.

Despite his high net worth, Noel revealed he found his financial success ‘alien’ after the success of The Mighty Boosh.

He said: “We never really thought about money that much or career steps or anything like that, so that was all quite alien to us.

“When we got quite big and were generating a lot of money through the arenas we became quite a big thing and a lot of managers appeared and it became a big machine like we were in Pink Floyd or something, and I don’t think we were into that. We didn’t really compromise.”

Starring alongside Noel on The Great British Bake Off is co-presenter Sandi Toksvig, who also joined the show last year.

The pair replaced the show’s previous presenters Mel Giedroyc and Sue Perkins, who presented Bake Off from 2010 t0 2016.

Taking over from Mel and Sue alongside Noel, Sandi is a British-Danish comedian, presenter, writer and producer, and has had a career spanning almost four decades.

Her net worth is $8 million (£6.3 million), according to Celebrity Net Worth.

This is made up of her television presenting salaries as well as the profits from her books.
