BREAKING: Jacksonville shooter identified by local police as David Katz

Speaking to reporters at a press conference, the Jacksonville Sheriff confirmed the white male suspect died at the scene.

Three people have been killed in the incident, including the shooter.

The home of Katz in Baltimore, Maryland, is currently being searched as part of the investigation.
