Ahead of new iPhone X release, big deals see Apple smartphones slashed in price

looks set to announce its refreshed iPhone lineup next month with a trio of devices rumoured to be inbound.

Speculation is rife that the US technology firm will reveal three new iPhones on September 12th with a larger iPhone X Plus and cheaper all-screen device the most exciting gossip.

With an announcement just weeks away it seems now is a very good time to pick up one of Apple’s current iPhones.

A number of high street and online retailers have begun cutting the price of these smartphones with some deals offering as much as £200 off.

Carphone Warehouse has just announced its savings with the firm revealing that Apple fans can benefit from a host of offers amounting to £200 across top handsets, including the iPhone X.

This flagship is currently available for £54 a month with a £159.99 upfront cost.

If that sounds a little too expensive then the iPhone 8 is available for £37 a month with a £99.99 up-front cost.

In addition, customers can save £100 on the iPhone 7, available at £29.99 a month and an up-front cost of £49.99, as well as the iPhone SE which can be purchased for £12.99 a month with an up-front cost of £29.99 – a saving of £50.

Other deals come from Mobiles.co.uk who is currently offering the iPhone 7 for £23 per month with a £140 upfront fee and the iPhone 8 for £29 per month with a £170 upfront fee.

Both of the deals can be reduced in price even further by using the code DEAL20 which saves an extra £20.

If you want to buy the iPhone SIM-free then Currys are offering a decent discount.

The iPhone 8 is dropped in price to £630 – saving £60.

There’s also £40 off the iPhone SE and the retailer is offering another £50 discount if you buy the iPhone with an iMac or MacBook.

Amazon also has some healthy discounts with the iPhone 7 reduced to £478.99 – saving over £70.

The iPhone 8 can also be picked up via the online store for £619 – saving £70.

Finally, there’s a great deal on the iPhone X with £100 off this flagship phone.
