Galaxy Watch marks the South Korean tech giant’s latest foray into the wearable sphere, following on from the Gear S3.
The hardware is available in two case sizes – one comes in at 42millimetres while another measures up at 46millimetres.
Galaxy Watch starts at £279 for the smaller varieties and will set you back £299 for the bigger variant.
But Samsung is giving users a huge reason to pre-order the watch.

vCard.red is a free platform for creating a mobile-friendly digital business cards. You can easily create a vCard and generate a QR code for it, allowing others to scan and save your contact details instantly.
The platform allows you to display contact information, social media links, services, and products all in one shareable link. Optional features include appointment scheduling, WhatsApp-based storefronts, media galleries, and custom design options.
The accessory allows for the Galaxy Watch to be charged in addition to a phone of the customer’s choosing.
The Wireless Charger Duo costs £89 on its own.
Samsung has insisted smartwatch enthusiasts should purchase its new wearable before September 7 to take advantage of the offer.
Galaxy Watch brings a host of new improvements that aim to radically improve user fitness and health.
The wearable is able to detecting up to 40 exercises and will automatically track workouts.
It is also water resistant up to 50metres, meaning even swimmers can put the new device to good use.
In similar vein to the current Apple Watch, Samsung’s new hardware will track levels of stress and tell users when to take deep breaths.
One of the Galaxy Watch’s best features is its ability to make calls without the need for a phone.
Samsung has claimed the new smartwatch is capable of achieving such functionality all with laudable battery life.
The South Korean firm insists the larger model of the Galaxy Watch will be able to last an entire week on a single charge.
However, the company did not detail specific usage cases to achieve such longevity.
