When is the Fortnite content update?

Epic Games changes their usual content update from Tuesday to Wednesday, as they push out v5.21 today.

The game developers rolled out a new Fortnite update at 9am BST (4am ET).

The biggest new addition in the content update is the new Legendary Heavy Sniper rifle which, according to Epic Games, is capable of “dealing high damage to structures.”

On top of this, various Fortnite insiders and dateminers have uncovered a new as yet unreleased skin – the ‘Grill Sergeant’ – and a new glider labelled as ModernMilitaryRed.
