
Manchester City are looking to retain the Carabao Cup after beating Arsenal in the final last season.
City and the Premier League big boys will come into the competition for the third round.
However, other Premier League sides who are not competing in Europe will play in the second round.

Carabao Cup draw: When is it?
The draw will take place before Sunderland v Sheffield Wednesday on Thursday evening at 7pm.

Teams will not be seeded for the draw, which is split into a north and south division.

Sky Sports have the television rights to the Carabao Cup this campaign.
The draw will be shown on Sky Sports before Sunderland v Sheffield Wednesday on Thursday evening.
Mick McCarthy and Chris Waddle will draw the balls before kick-off.
