Last month the filmmaker behind the primary two Guardians of the Galaxy motion pictures was fired after decade outdated controversial joke tweets he wrote resurfaced.
Nevertheless Gunn had apologised and plenty of Marvel followers and the Guardians solid have been rallying round him calling for him to be reinstated as director of the third film.
And now Hollywood sources are claiming Disney could reverse his firing after a gathering with Gunn.

Before his firing Gunn had already accomplished Guardians 3’s script and chosen the songs for Awesome Mix Vol 3.
