UFC News – Conor McGregor vs Khabib Nurmagomedov statement
Khabib Nurmagomedov’s manager Ali Abdelaziz has insisted there’s no deal in place for the new UFC lightweight champion to face Conor McGregor.
“There’s no fight, there’s nothing,” Abdelaziz said during an appearance on Ariel Helwani’s MMA Show. “Conor, he has a legal problem. Dana White can’t do nothing about it.
“Probably, Conor is going to give the UFC the runaround to negotiate this deal. Nobody has come to me about no deal. Nobody has come to me about nothing.
“But they said there’s a possibility it’s going to happen.”

UFC News – Jimi Manuwa sends message to Daniel Cormier
UFC light-heavyweight title contender Jimi Manuwa has urged 205lbs champion Daniel Cormier to defend or vacate the belt.
Cormier’s future in the light-heavyweight division is currently up in the air following his UFC 226 triumph over Stipe Miocic, which saw him claim the heavyweight title and set up a clash with Brock Lesnar.
“I think definitely, 100 per cent, he should vacate or defend his light-heavyweight belt next,” Manuwa said of Cormier this past weekend.
“He should vacate light heavyweight and go to heavyweight and fight Brock Lesnar.”
Manuwa, 38, hasn’t fought since his unanimous decision loss to Jan Blachowicz at UFC Fight Night 127 in London.
