Sarah Ferguson’s weight loss journey has been well-documented over the years.
A former ambassador for Weight Watchers, Prince Andrew’s ex wife’s weight has yo-yoed.
Recent pictures of The Duchess of York, who is also known as Fergie, show she now has a slim, healthy looking figure.
However, this was not always the case, according to previous interviews with the former royal.
At her highest weight, Sarah weighed 15 stone (95kg) in 1988, she revealed in an interview.

She claimed her weight gain coincided with Prince Andrew’s absence while he was away fulfilling his naval duties.
“The more upset I grew at Andrew’s absence, the more I grew,” she told the Daily Mail.
“I drowned my sorrows in mayonnaise, sausage rolls and sandwiches from M&S.
“Fifteen stone later, the Press in Britain started calling me the Duchess of Pork and said 82 per cent of men would rather sleep with a goat than Fergie.
“It was horrendous and the more I read, the more I believed I was a disaster.”
In 2015, Fergie revealed she had slimmed down to just 9.6 stone – a weight loss of over five stone.
“I used to be so angry,” she told Hello Magazine. “I believed I was never going to lose the weight, that I had lost control.
“I couldn’t fit into any of my clothes. I was just drowning in eating, drowning in food.”
Sarah revealed to the publication that she “cut out sugar and stuck to a straightforward exercise regime to achieve her new slimline figure.”
Sarah’s youngest daughter Princess Eugenie’s weight loss has recently been observed ahead of her forthcoming wedding to Jack Brooksbank, 31, on 12 October this year.
Back in January, an expert estimated Princess Eugenie, 28, had lost a stone, but she appears to have lost even more now.
Everyone Active personal trainer David Klein told the Daily Mail Eugenie looked like she had lost “about five to seven kilograms of fat” based on the change in her body.
So how did she lose the weight? Princess Eugenie revealed her gruelling fitness regime earlier this year.
“I get up around 6:45 to start exercising by 7,” she told Harper’s Bazaar. “I go to the park from 7 to 8. I do circuits, which I love because they’re quick: burpees, squat jumps, lunges, the whole lot.”
“It’s much better, as I can’t run for a long time. Or I go with my best friend to this amazing, women-only gym called Grace Belgravia.”
