Who will give Meghan Markle away? Could her parents or family do it? Or someone else?

Meghan Markle’s wedding news is whipping Britons into a frenzy as the big day looms.

The 36-year-old Suits actress will wed the fifth-in-line to the British throne Prince Harry on May 19.

Meghan Markle’s family and parents have been the focus of much speculation, and recent revelations claimed that Meghan’s brother Thomas Markle Jr will not be attending the wedding.

A source told the Star On Sunday: “Tom did not receive an invite. I think it is because he just can’t seem to keep his mouth shut.

“If he would quit talking to the media, Meghan would probably be more into the idea of inviting him.

“There are a few people who like to say stuff to have them in the limelight.”

Could one of Meghan Markle’s parents give her away? There have been reports that Prince William could give her away.

Another source told the paper: “There has been some bad blood between Harry and Thomas after Harry made comments about her finally getting the family she never had.”

“Some of the royals aren’t happy about the idea, so they suggested that William do it.”

However, these new reports fly in the face of recent news that the actress parents flew in to the UK for Meghan Markle’s baptism

Meghan’s sister Samantha Grant has insisted that their father will be at the wedding and will walk the Suits star down the aisle.

Others have suggested that the LA-native’s mother could be the one to give her daughter away.

Usually the father will also take on this role, but a palace source has claimed Meghan would prefer her mother Doria Radlan to walk her down the aisle.

Sources told Us Weekly: “I’ve heard that Meghan wants her mother to walk her down the aisle, which would be a sweet moment.

“While (Meghan and Harry) will always be mindful of traditions and the views of their elders, the day is ultimately about them and what they want to do.”

Just who will walk Meghan down the aisle on the big day remains to be seen.
