
Reports have been streaming in tonight that Xbox Live services are down.
The 0x87dd0006 error message has been flagged as one hitting players, who don’t currently have access to core services.
Right now social and gaming services are said to be the worst hit, with these areas not working properly:
In-game matchmaking, cloud storage, finding friends, Game DVR, leaderboards, avatar editing, or pictures.
In the last few minutes, Microsoft have expanded the the number of services affected by tonight’s outage.

“We believe we have identified the problem causing some members to have issues viewing Achievements, Friends List or the activity of friends,” a message from Microsoft reads.
“Thanks for your patience as the team works to resolve the issue.”
Tonight’s outage is affecting both the Xbox One and Xbox Live, and has now also been confirmed to be affecting Xbox on Windows 10, as well as Xbox on other devices, such as mobile.
The tech giant haven’t revealed what is causing tonight’s disruption, although fans are hoping it won’t last much longer.
Players are reporting issues in both the UK and the United States, so it appears Xbox Live services are being impacted worldwide.
