FIFA 18 fans are counting down to the big Ratings Refresh reveal by EA Sports.
The FIFA 18 developer will reveal the players in line for Winter Upgrades later today. Judging by previous EA announcements, this could take place at either 3pm or 6pm UK time.
As part of the Ratings Refresh, EA Sports will permanently alter the stats of certain players.
High performing players will get a stats boost, while underperforming players will be downgraded.
Last year’s Ratings Refresh reveal took place over ten days, so it’s possible EA Sports will announce players in batches.
Fans have been speculating about the identity of the players all month. This includes FIFA YouTuber ZAN OMG, who predicts stat boosts for the likes of Harry Kane and Raheem Sterling.

Fans have been able to influence this year’s Ratings Refresh, courtesy of a recent questionnaire.
“Who do you think deserves a Ratings, Weak Foot or Skill Moves upgrade in FIFA 18?” reads a recent tweet.
The tweet includes a link to a ratings refresh questionnaire. Fans can nominate a player and a new score.
The announcement was delayed in order to accommodate the Lunar New Year event.
One player almost certain to be upgraded is Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah.
Salah easily topped a recent Ratings Refresh poll held by Express Online (above).
With 60% of the votes, Salah was held and shoulders above runners up Harry Kane and Kevin De Bruyne, who received 16% and 8% of the votes, respectively.
