The plane ran into trouble after landing just after 3am local time.
One passenger told NBC: “You couldn’t feel the brakes biting at all, and then suddenly bumpity bump, we’re sitting in the weeds at the end of the runway.”
The aircraft had earlier been circling Minneapolis before diverting to the airport in Green Bay for landing.
Passengers have now been taken to the airport. Currently, it is not know if there are any injuries.
