Every month, Microsoft releases new free Xbox One games that can be downloaded by anyone with a Gold subscription.
These includes two Xbox One and two Xbox 360 games, all of which can be played on Microsoft current console.
And fans are now preparing for the official Games with Gold March 2018 announcement, which is expected to drop soon.
The tech giant usually provide their Xbox Games with Gold news a little before the actual lineup is released.
Last month saw the big news arrive on January 25, however, with February being a shorter month we could hear something a little sooner.
So far nothing has been confirmed by Microsoft on what might be included in their new Games with Gold bundle.
Leaks are less common with GwG, so fans may have to wait until the actual announcement drops to find out more.
The Games with Gold February lineup was recently refreshed by Microsoft, who launch their games in waves during the month.
Fans can no longer download Xbox 360 Split/Second, but can grab Crazy Taxi until the end of the month.
Gold subscribers can also now download Xbox One’s Assassin’s Creed Chronicles: India until March 15.
First-person shooter Shadow Warrior is another game which will be available until the end of February, before being replaced by whatever March brings.
For those who don’t know, Games with Gold offers free Xbox games to qualifying Xbox Live Gold members.
The program provides Gold members with free games every month, worth up to $700 per year, according to Microsoft.
It should also be noted that all titles are playable on Xbox One, even those selected for the Xbox 360.
This is due to the Backwards Compatibility program, which continues to see new titles added in 2018.
Games with Gold is available to all Xbox Live Gold members, which can be redeemed from the Gold widget on the Xbox One home screen.
Titles can also be found if you download the Xbox One SmartGlass app, and go to the Microsoft Store and then page right.
When you select a game, it’ll be stored in your account and ready for download when you sign in to your console.
It should also be noted that new Games with Gold titles become available on the first and the sixteenth day of every month.
The current Games with Gold January 2018 lineup includes:
- Shadow Warrior: Available February 1 to 28 on Xbox One
- Assassin’s Creed Chronicles – India: Available February 16 to March 15 on Xbox One
- Split/Second: Available February 1 to 15 on Xbox One and Xbox 360
- Crazy Taxi: Available February 16 to 28 on Xbox One and Xbox 360
