Xbox One Backwards compatibility list got even bigger this week, as another Xbox 360 classic joined the list.
Splinter Cell Conviction became the latest Xbox 360 game to join the Xbox One backwards compatibility list.
The game is available from the Xbox One online store, and can also be played by inserting the original disc.
Anybody who downloaded the game in the Xbox 360 era will find the new release in the ‘My Games and Apps’ section of the dashboard.
Even better news is that Splinter Cell Conviction is available at a discounted price as part of the latest Xbox One sale.

The addition of Splinter Cell Conviction takes the Backwards Compatibility games list up to 460, although there are still plenty of classics still missing.
Hopefully Microsoft will now turn its attention to the original Xbox Backwards Compatibility list.
While Microsoft is keen to assure fans that more games will be added over time, Xbox boss Phil Spencer said that there are complications with licenses.
“There are a number of OG games in BC pipeline, they won’t drop as often as the 360 games but team is working to validate and get permissions,” Spencer tweeted.
“More complicated with some just due to the age of the rights etc.”
Original Xbox releases joined the backwards compatibility lineup last year. Compatible games include Ninja Gaiden Black, Bloodrayne 2, Crimson Skies, Dead to Rights and Grabbed by the Ghoulies.
