Since breaking his ankle last year, filming on the sixth Mission: Impossible outing has been delayed.
While the film, subtitled Fallout, will still hit cinemas this summer, Cruise and co are currently in London to put the finishing touches to the action movie.
Today he was spotted at St Paul’s Cathedral doing his usual running around in a hurry, as often seen in his movies.
However filming was halted as a real life couple were getting married in the famous church building.
He added: “I said, ‘It’s broken. That’s a wrap. Take me to hospital’ and then everyone got on the phone and made their vacation arrangements.”
