While it won’t be released until November 2019, talk of which star could replace him often hits headlines.
Over New Year Norton was odds-on 1-2 to replace Craig, having channelled Bond in his BBC series McMafia.
However nearer the end of January saw Hardy reclaim his crown at 2-1, while Norton slipped back to 4-1.
Hardy has also been backed by Christopher Nolan, who has previously been in talks to direct a Bond movie.
