Liverpool and Man Utd told price for Borussia Dortmund sensation Christian Pulisic

The USA international is his country’s brightest prospect in a generation and has lit up the Bundesliga over the past two seasons.

His form at Signal Iduna Park has seen him linked with potential moves to a whole host of the world’s biggest clubs.

Liverpool are thought to have a long-standing interest in Pulisic, driven by his old Dortmund boss Jurgen Klopp.

United, meanwhile, are said to have the 19-year-old on their radar too as they look to strengthen and consider growing their brand in the USA.

But the latest reports from Germany suggest securing a deal for Pulisic will come at a mammoth cost.

Sport1 claim Dortmund will demand bids start at £88m (€100m) if the winger wants to leave.

Dortmund’s stance reflects their determination to keep hold of Pulisic going forward.

And managing director Hans-Joachim Watzke and sporting director Michael Zorc are apparently keen for him to extend his contract, which expires in 2020.

Liverpool and United are not the only clubs hoping to count Pulisic among their ranks in the future.

Dortmund’s Bundesliga rivals Bayern Munich are said to have the Hershey-born ace on their radar too.

Pulisic admitted his fondness of the Premier League this week, saying: “Of course, the Premier League is an unbelievable league.

“You never know in football what can happen, so right now, I’m focused with Dortmund, and yeah, that’s that.”
