From media newsrooms and Hollywood casting offices to the halls of Congress and backs of restaurant kitchens, allegations of sexual misconduct have lead to men in leadership positions losing their jobs. All the while, the balance of power between men and women in the workplace has been called into question β€” along with what’s considered appropriate behavior, both between peers and from superiors.

NBC News THINK wants to know how the #MeToo movement has changed the way you interact with people at work, if at all.

We are collecting stories from around the country, in all industries, from men and women β€” and we want to hear from you. We’ll share selected responses on NBCNews.com. Please enter your story here, and feel free to share on social media with the hashtag #ChangedByMeToo.
