Dakota Johnson debuted the scene during an appearance on Jimmy Fallon’s US chatshow last night – and it shows her character Anastasia Steele warning a live rival off Christian Grey, played by Jamie Dornan.
The other character in question is Gia Matteo (Arielle Kebbel) – and it’s a sign of Anastasia’s new, fiercer character that she’s not taking any nonsense.

Johnson told Fallon about the change in Ana: “It gets really crazy.
“Anastasia has evolved into a tough young woman, and it’s awesome.”

Dornan, meanwhile, in his own new interview has spoken about his disbelief that the films even made it to the screen in the first place.
Fifty Shades Freed is expected to generate strong sales at the US box office in its opening weekend; and is reportedly on target to near $40 million.
The movie is out on February 9.
