Kate Middleton, 36, and Prince William, 35, have been enjoying a tour of Sweden today. Kate Middleton and Prince William posed with Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel at the dinner at the British ambassador’s residence in Stockholm, Sweden.
The pair have met royals, and this evening were pictured meeting Swedish Prime Minister Stefan Löfven and his wife Sulla Löfven.
Kate Middleton made sure no expense was spared for the lavish evening. The mother-of-two wore a £1,945 Erdem gown.
The Stephanie floral-print silk crepe de Chine gown had a ruffled collar and bell-cuffed sleeves.
Erdem is a Canadian-born designer recently also worn by Prince Harry’s fiancee Meghan Markle.
Kate is a big fan of Erderm, especially on year tours and she first wore the label during the royal tour of Canada in 2011.
Her hair was back in a loose chignon as she spoke animatedly with the Swedish diplomat and his partner.
Prince William watched on, wearing a smart tuxedo.
Earlier Kate Middleton wore a green dress and black court shoes to meet the Swedish royal family in Stockholm.
The royal couple met King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia of Sweden at the palace.
The Royal Twitter account Kensington Palace tweeted the image this evening, and wrote: “The Duke and Duchess meet Swedish Prime Minister Stefan Löfven and his wife Sulla Löfven #RoyalVisitSweden”.
They revealed that the Duke and Duchess are this evening attending a black-tie dinner at the Residence of the British Ambassador.
Earlier today, the couple were in Vasaparken, an outdoor ice skating rink, to watch a bandy hockey event.
A popular sport in Sweden, they met local players on the ice.
