The 40-year-old actor has been shooting his new superhero villain movie over in the US, with the last bit taking place in San Francisco.
Sony haven’t officially announced that Venom has wrapped, but Hardy appears to have confirmed it through his Instagram account.
One photo sees him in his makeup chair looking very pleased, with his top off exposing his many tattoos.
The caption reads: “Wrapped life back Bye.”
Jon Schnepp, comic book movie commentator, said: “Tom Holland was on set filming scenes on Venom for at least two days as Peter Parker. I’m not saying Spider-Man will appear. When I’m saying Tom Holland Spider-Man is in the film, I’m saying Peter Parker. There is semantics you can play around with. This is a cameo.”
Venom will be released in UK cinemas on October 5, 2018.
