Conor McGregor to return to the Octagon in the near future
Conor McGregor’s nutritionist George Lockhart believes ‘The Notorious’ will return to the Octagon in the near future.
“If I was going to put my money on him — a lot of people are like, ‘Do you think he’s going to be back?’ — yeah, 100 percent,” Lockhart said during an appearance on The MMA Hour. “That guy, he’s a fighter.
“I think he enjoyed boxing. I think it was a nice little break. But, I mean, the guy’s a fighter. So I’m sure we’ll see him soon.”
“And honestly, it doesn’t matter if Conor has a belt or not.
“He has transcended the belt and probably transcended the UFC to a certain extent. That’s how big a star he is.
