Avengers Infinity War: Robert Downey Jr gives HUGE Avengers 4 news

Marvel had the most marvel-lous 2017 and loosk set to top it in 2018 with the release of the grand finale, Infinity War.

While the final finishing touches – editing, special effects, soundtrack – are still being polished, the main stars have already started wrapping up principal photography on the sequel.

Downey Jr and his blockbuster buddies have been busy at work in Atlanta telling the final stage of the climactic battle with Thanos.

The man otherwise known as Mr Iron just tweeted a thrilling new message for fans.

Downey’s continued presence in Atlanta is a good clue that he will be one of the stars who survives the expected devstating losses of Infinity War.

Doubtless he is very happy about this since he has just revealed that Avengers 4 will surpass Infinity War.

The star was recently shown posing under a huge Avengers logo on set which fans are convinced shows the new headquarters for the superhero team. And tehn earlier today he psoted another image with a tantalising promise.

Downey Jr took a leaf out of the book of all those tourists who pose pretending to hold up the Leaning Towe of Pisa or Eiffel Tower by showing himself appranetly lifting the enormous metal sign.

He wrote: “Hey Party People, I’m still doing my part to help shoulder the MCU,,, are you? Get ready, the best is yet to come…”

It seems that no matter how epic things get in Infinity War, the bar will be raised even higher in Avengers 4.

Fans are bracing themselves to potentially lose iron Man and Captain America by the end of the saga. Vision, Spider-Man and Hawkeye all look to be in mortal danger from the first Infinity War trailer.

However, there are growing rumours that Avengers 4 may explore al alternate timeline or even jump back in time to re-set history, defeating Thanos and bringing back dead heroes.

Fans don’t need Dwney jr to tell them that Avengers 3 AND 4 will be jaw-dropping rides.

AVENGERS INFINITY WAR IS OUT ON APRIL 27
