North Korea WARNING: Donald Trump can deal ‘FATAL BLOW’ to Kim Jong-un in 2018

and Iran can be dealt “fatal blows” by President the Republican Senator warned, calling 2018 a year of “extreme danger”.

Kim Jong-un sparked further World War 3 fears after he threatened the United States with a nuclear attack in his New Year’s Eve address in Pyongyang. 

Speaking to CBS’s Face the Nation, the retired US Air Force Colonel said: “Now the Iranian’s are watching us and North Korea, North Korea’s watching us and Iran.

“2018 will be a year of opportunity and extreme danger.”

Senator Graham warned President Trump has drawn a line with North Korea and will use military force if it is necessary to stop ’s nuclear missile programme.

He said: “The President has drawn a line in North Korea, telling the regime – ‘I will never let you hit America with a nuclear-tipped missile, if I have to, I’ll use military force to stop you’.” 

The Senator for South Carolina added that Iran and North Korea will be watching how President Trump deals with the other state so this could be a chance to kill two birds with one stone. 

He said: “Now the Iranians are watching the way he engages with North Korea and vice versa.

“So we’ve got a chance here to deliver some fatal blows to really bad actors in 2018.”

But Senator Graham warned that if the US misses this opportunity, there could be consequences. 

He said: “But if we blink, God help us all.”

In his New Year’s speech, Kim Jong-un announced that he is willing to come to the negotiating table with South Korea to talk about security during the winter Olympics. He also called for peace in the Korean peninsula despite the military rhetoric in his speech.

The comments followed a threat to Donald Trump when the North Korean president said he has “a nuclear button” always on his desk and he is ready to use it against the US should it be necessary.
