Man Utd want Paulo Dybala in huge summer deal – and secret to move may be in place already

The Manchester United boss is keen on Dybala because he is still not convinced by Juan Mata and Henrikh Mkhitaryan.

Mkhitaryan has been left out the United squad altogether for much of the last two months and Mourinho has had enough.

He is willing to offload the German in January in an early ploy to make room for Dybala at the end of this season.

Mkhitaryan has interested his former club Borussia Dortmund but the man himself wants to stay put in the Premier League.

Attacking midfielder Dybala, 24, is considered one of the most exciting players on the planet.

He joined Juve from Palermo for £30million in 2015 and helped the Italian giants win three trophies in his first season.

Mourinho knows United won’t get him easy. Barcelona are keen too and they see him as a potential replacement for Neymar.

While Barca banked £200million for the Brazilian, they are still yet to fill the void and Dybala is a long-term target.

Bayern Munich are interested too but the secret to a United deal could already be in place, according to the Daily Star.

United appointed Javier Ribalta as their head scout in the summer, who was lured to United from Juve.

He was head of scouting at the Italian giants and already has a close relationship with Dybala.

Dybala has won 12 Argentinean caps and will be in their squad for next summer’s World Cup in Russia.
