Double gender man gives birth in world FIRST

Kaci Sullivan, 30, underwent a C-section following seven days in labour and welcomed Phoenix into the world last month.

He has become the first person to give birth while living as both genders.

The business student had been trying for a child with boyfriend Steven, 27, and conceived last February after taking a break from male hormones.

The couple will raise the baby, which weighed 8lb 9oz, as “gender neutral” until it is old enough to decide its identity for itself, they said.

Kaci already had one child, five-year-old Grayson, who he gave birth to while married to the father and living as a woman.

Kaci, from Wisconsin, in the US, said: “It’s incredible to think that I had made this little human.

“After 26 weeks of morning sickness and seven days in labour it was such a beautiful moment.

“We are just so happy and grateful and enjoying spending time together as a family.

“The baby is delightful, loving and sweet.

“The connection I’ve felt throughout my pregnancy has been an incredible privilege and the past nine months have brought my partner and I so close together.”
