Arsenal’s Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil replacements
09:50: Arsenal will go after Thomas Lemar again and chase a deal for Paris Saint-Germain’s Gonzalo Guedes, reports claim.
Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil are widely expected to leave the Emirates at the end of the season.
And according to the Mail on Sunday, Guedes has been viewed as an ideal replacement.
It is also reported a move for Lemar, whom the Gunners tried to sign the last window, will be resurrected.
Mustafi injury blow
09:00: Shkodran Mustafi will miss Arsenal’s trip to Southampton.
According to the Daily Star, Mustafi has failed to recover from the thigh injury he picked up in last weekend’s 3-1 defeat to Manchester United.
It means Per Mertesacker is likely to deputise in central defence.
