The Suits actress is visiting her mother, Doria Ragland, in her hometown of LA.
It is thought Meghan will join Harry back in the UK for Christmas, so it is no surprise she is getting in some quality time with her mother.
Doria is a yoga teacher and therapist, who introduced Meghan to the Eastern exercise fad of which she is a self-confessed fan.
Ms Ragland appeared at the Invictus Games alongside Meghan and Harry in September.

Doria is a 60-year-old trained therapist, who Meghan wrote about passionately on her blog, the Tig, which is no longer available online.

His neighbour told the Sun: “Tom is very happy in his own company. He left his home in Los Angeles to escape parts of his past and start afresh down here.”
