At least three people were reportedly hit by a Lincoln Town Car.

A law enforcement official said the car appears to have jumped the curb by accident, but the investigation is developing.

An NYPD spokesperson said a preliminary investigation indicates the Lincoln hit one vehicle at Liberty and Broadway, then fled the scene and traveled one block east, where it hit another car and careened up onto the sidewalk, according to NBC.

While just how badly injured those involved are, they appear not to be in a life-threatening state.

The site of the incident is just a few blocks away from One World Trade Centre.
