The shops are staying open until 10pm on Thursdays in the run to Christmas to give Londoners and tourists extra time to pick up Christmas presents.
Although opening times vary between stores, a majority of shops have the same opening hous along the festive shopping street in the heart of London.
This late night shopping service is part of Oxford Street’s ‘Christmas In the Bag’ campaign, which aims to help shopprs get ready for Christmas.
The campaign is promising to provide “1.5 miles of seasonal style, go-to gifts, in store events and exclusive services such as our OXST personal stylist”.

Saturday 9am – 9pm
Sunday: 11.30am – 6pm
These opening hours will continue until the week before Christmas when the shops are expected to open later than usual.
Christmas Eve falls on a Sunday this year so stores can only stay open for six hours that day. Shops will be closed on Christmas Day.
But Boxing Day is one of the biggest shopping days of the year and many stores will open as early as 7am to 8am. For the latest opening times visit the Oxford Street website.
