Since the main trailer for Star Wars The Last Jedi dropped, fans have been wondering if Rey will turn to the Dark Side.
A recent TV spot showed Rey discovering the Light Side, the Dark Side and…“something else.”
Appearing on Good Morning America today, George Stephanopoulos asked her a very blunt question.
The host said: “Let’s look ahead a bit if you can, any chance that Rey goes to the Dark Side?”
Ridley and the other hosts immediately went, “Oooooooo!”

The actress replied: “Do you know, I think the thing about this film is it’s not so…the lines are less clear as to, like, good and bad.
“Rey is trying to find out about herself and about the universe, and those questions don’t entirely fall to the good, nor do they entirely fall to the bad.
“She’s trying to do her own sort of personal growth.
“And I think what’s amazing is, at the end of the film – however that does end – it’s more rich.”

She added: “Because if it’s always good, the outcome isn’t always as important as it might be if, y’know, there’s blurred lines.”
