North Korea could fire a missile sometime this week, two anonymous US government sources have warned.
They said despot Kim Jong-un‘s hermit state could once again set alarm bells ringing from Seoul to Washington with a potentially devastating missile test.
It would be the first missile launch since North Korea fired a missile over Japan in mid-September, causing evacuations on the ground below.
Earlier this week Japan warned they had detected radio signals indicating an imminent missile launch.
Today two US military sources said they believed the reports from Japan were accurate – indicating a missile could be launched by Kim over the next few days.

One of the US sources said US government experts believed a new test could occur “within days.”
Other US intelligence officials have noted North Korea has previously sent deliberately misleading signs of preparations for missile and nuclear tests, in part to mask real preparations, and in part to test U.S. and allied intelligence on its activities.
After firing missiles at a rate of about two or three a month since April, North Korean missile launches paused in September, after it fired a missile that passed over Japan’s northern Hokkaido island on September 15th.
