Yesterday was one big teaser for Marvel fans.
Firstly the superhero extravaganza’s directors, the Russo Brothers, shared a very cryptic picture of an anthropomorphic number 3 – perhaps something to do with the release date of Avengers Infinity War’s trailer?
An hour later Vanity Fair released the first look at 35 Avengers from the new movie, with Marvel boss Kevin Feige confirming Avengers 4 as a finale for many of them – so just who will die?
But now Hulk star Ruffalo, who most recently appeared in Thor Ragnarok, has teased the Avengers Infinity War trailer itself.
The 50-year-old actor took to Facebook and simply wrote: “Something big is coming…”
Of course, Ruffalo could be referring to his own big character, but more likely – considering the context of the day – its the Avengers Infinity War trailer.
So when will it arrive? Well the directors’ posting of a number 3 has a couple of likely scenarios.
They probably either mean in three days time, which would mean Thursday, or December 3.
The latter date seems more likely since a previous rumour claimed the trailer would drop in early December.
Avengers Infinity War will be released in UK cinemas on April 27, 2018.
