It’s a dilemma that faces so many touring acts – and Peter Kay bore the brunt of similar backlash last week.
It’s a simple case of a “UK Tour” focussing heavily on England – and, in Swift’s case, only England.
The star will be in Manchester and London when she flies over next summer, with a date also scheduled for Dublin in Ireland.
But Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales are off the menu – and Scottish fans in particular have been venting on social media.
“@taylorswift13 should really just call it #ReputationTourEngland since Scotland and Wales are not included,” wrote one person on Twitter.

“So disappointed at @taylorswift13 @taylornation13 for not doing tour dates in Scotland and Wales, it’s so unfair for poor fans who can’t afford to travel to another country to see Taylor, after the 1989 tour I expected better #taylorswift,” read yet another post.
Someone else joked: “Is Taylor Swift still so salty about Calvin Harris she won’t even play Scotland on this tour?”
An additional post read: “I guess Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland will just go f**k itself then won’t it Taylor Swift.”
Still, the demand for stadium tickets is set to be huge for Swift – with many fans incredibly excited to see her in concert next year.
Interestingly, her visit clashes with that of rival Katy Perry, who’ll be up and down the country with her own Witness arena tour at the same time.
Tickets for Reputation Stadium Tour go on sale next Friday, December 1, at 9am; although subscribers to Swift’s official site can get presale tickets two days earlier.
The jaunt supports the album of the same name, which has received critical praise and huge sales.
Look What You Made Me Do, its lead single, also became her first ever chart-topping song in the United Kingdom after breaking multiple records.
