It was supposed to be a big kick-start for the DC Extended Universe, after a limping beginning.
But despite Wonder Woman’s success, Justice League has flopped and embarrassingly so.
Having failed to make over $100 million in its opening weekend (less than Thor Ragnarok, Wonder Woman and Batman v Superman), the DC superhero team up is going to make a whopping loss.
According to Forces this could between $50-100 million for Warner Bros, having calculated a final budget and marketing cost of $600 million. Here’s the break down.
Following reshoots Justice League’s production budget hit $300 million, with $150 million spent on marketing taking it to $450 million.

Yesterday Aquaman star Jason Momoa hit back after bad reviews and poor box office for Justice League.
Momoa told Entertainment Weekly: “I try to stay the f**k away from what people say.
“Some of my friends said, ‘Justice League isn’t doing well’ and it kind of bummed me out.
“But I didn’t want to look it up. I don’t want to look up the bad and the negativity. I don’t think that’s useful; it doesn’t help.”
