CCTV footage, obtained by the Miami Herald, shows the man talking on a mobile phone as he hops over an American Airlines check-in desk and makes his way onto the luggage conveyor belt.
The unidentified man can then be seen darting across the tarmac at the busy Florida airport as he is chased by a number of staff members in high visibility clothing.
The man is eventually apprehended by the staff, who even used a vehicle to chase him down as he heads toward the runway.
He is restrained on the ground until police arrive to handcuff and arrest him.
The video was handed to the Floridian publication by a source, who wished to remain anonymous, but insisted the unidentified man had made it past a highly restricted area that even most airport employees don’t have access to.

The incident comes after a man was detained by police at the airport on October 25 after causing a scene inside the terminal.
Video showed the man shouting as he walked by himself through the Concourse D terminal.
He shouted: “I love you! I love Everyone! I am love!”
“All scared flee! Flee now,” he continued,
The man was then tackled by an officer during an altercation involving what appears to be several airport security staff.
